Join us Friday, September 29th starting at 6:30 for a private tasting class with Sake Specialist, Chris Melton. Chris will guide you through a series of side-by-side tastings of varying sake grades & styles from iconic producers like Konteki. Includes light, palate-cleansing snacks and a copy of James Beard Award-winning Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake: Rice, Water, Earth by Michael Tremblay and Nancy Matsumoto.
